How to Stretch Your Thigh or Quad

Today we’re going to go over my favorite quad stretch. Your quad is a group of muscles in the front of your thigh and we give this stretch a lot of times to patients that will either have arthritis or pain in their knee and it’s also a common sports injury problem and our athletes that we see with this type problem are going to be our runners, our basketball players and our volleyball players because they can develop a problem called patellar tendonitis or jumpers knee and stretching out the quad for that problem is very important.
